Bonté Books stands behind our craftsmanship and expects all customers to be 100% satisfied with their beautifully bound books. If your book arrives and for some reason it is less than beautiful (i.e. damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt. We will gladly create another beautiful book as a replacement. Bonté Books does not, however, provide cash refunds or allow for canceled orders and will only accept returns when a book has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. Please keep in mind that all completed books are sent directly to printing and are not proofread, edited or changed by our staff in any way. For that reason, any typos, low-resolution images, or formatting issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. Double, even triple check your book before submitting it!
Bonté Books is a publishing services provider. We provide users with tools and services that enable them to publish beautifully bound books. Bonté Books is not a publisher and therefore we do not review or correct user-generated content. Users are expected to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Bonté Books’ web site. We reserve the right to remove content that does not comply with these agreements, and/or to deny service to users who do not comply with these agreements.
